We offer 2 options: 

GEM CAR TOUR: (MOST POPULAR) 50 min. gem car tour of ALL 28 homes.
5 seats are available for $15 a seat or book a private tour for $75.

WALKING TOUR: 45 min. walking tour of the Park. Ave. section of homes (approx. 10 homes.)  $10 per person.
(If you have a group over 5 people, gem car tour is booked…or you want a little exercise with your tour, then the walking tour is a great option.)
